DailyVid helps businesses create short-form promotional videos from public social profiles and uploaded media. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how to contact us about your data.

1. Information We Collect

• Contact details such as your email address, phone number, and support messages.
• Business details such as public Instagram or TikTok handles, business name, website, and brand context.
• Content you provide or authorize us to use, including uploaded files, public social media content, captions, and generated videos.
• Billing identifiers from payment providers, such as customer ID, subscription ID, plan, trial status, and payment status. We do not store full card numbers.
• Technical and analytics data such as IP address, device data, browser data, page visits, referral URLs, and UTM parameters.

2. How We Use Information

• To create your onboarding workspace and generate video previews.
• To send account, magic-link login, billing, support, and product emails.
• To process subscriptions, trials, cancellations, refunds, and payment-provider webhooks.
• To connect social accounts and post or schedule content only when authorized by you.
• To improve DailyVid, prevent abuse, debug errors, and measure marketing performance.

Contact form drafts

On our contact form, the name, phone number (including partial entries), business, language, country, time zone, and ad referral details you enter are saved while you type, even if you leave without submitting. Our authorized team can view these drafts to understand unfinished enquiries. Drafts expire 30 days after their last update. You can request deletion by email. Drafts do not request a callback, send an owner SMS alert, or trigger a Meta or TikTok Lead conversion. Submitting the form creates a separate callback request and removes it from the draft list.

After a callback request is submitted, we share a hashed phone number, a pseudonymous event identifier, browser information and advertising click/cookie identifiers with Meta and TikTok to measure ad conversions. The $15 callback offer is not recorded as a purchase.

3. Sharing and Processors

We do not sell personal data. We share data with service providers needed to run DailyVid, including hosting, database, file storage, email delivery, payment processing, analytics, and social posting providers. These providers may include Vercel, Neon, AWS S3, SendGrid, Polar or another configured payment provider, bundle.social, Meta, TikTok, Google, and similar infrastructure providers.

4. Social Media Connections

If you connect Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, or another platform, we use that connection for the features you select, such as showing connected accounts, creating drafts, scheduling posts, or posting approved videos. You can disconnect accounts or contact us for help.

5. Retention

We keep account, billing, and generated-content records while your account is active and as needed for legal, tax, security, support, and fraud-prevention purposes. You can request deletion, subject to records we must keep for legitimate business or legal reasons.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, or withdrawal of consent. To make a request, email hello@dailyvid.ai.

7. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for site operation, login/session behavior, analytics, advertising attribution, and product improvement. An anonymous experiment cookie keeps you in the same contact-page offer for up to 90 days. We compare unique visits and submitted requests to improve the page; experiment visit records are retained for 90 days. You can control cookies in your browser settings.
