Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Trials

When a checkout includes a free trial, the trial length and next billing date are shown before payment is confirmed. If you cancel during a free trial, DailyVid access may end immediately and no paid subscription will continue.

2. Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions renew monthly unless canceled. You can manage billing, card updates, invoices, and cancellation from the billing portal when available, or by contacting support.

3. Refunds

If the checkout page or offer states a money-back guarantee, email us within the stated guarantee period with your account email and payment details. Outside a stated guarantee period, subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Failed or Duplicate Charges

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, duplicated, or for the wrong account, contact us and we will review the charge with the payment provider.
