1. Service

DailyVid helps businesses generate short-form videos and prepare social posting workflows from public social media content or uploaded media. Generated outputs may require review before publishing.

2. Your Content

You are responsible for the handles, links, uploads, text, images, videos, and account access you provide. You confirm that you have the right to use that content and to publish any resulting videos.

3. Social Accounts

If you connect TikTok, Instagram, or another platform, you authorize DailyVid to use that connection only for the product features you request, including draft creation, scheduling, and posting when enabled by you.

4. Trials, Billing, and Cancellation

Trial and subscription details are shown at checkout. You can cancel anytime. If a money-back guarantee is offered on the checkout page, contact us within the stated period to request it.

If you cancel during a free trial, access may end immediately. Paid subscriptions continue according to the cancellation and refund rules shown in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

Do not use DailyVid to create unlawful, misleading, infringing, abusive, or platform-policy-violating content. We may suspend access when use creates legal, security, or platform risk.
